The woman behind the systems
I am Ailene Tungala Tugna. I have spent fifteen years learning how things actually get delivered, in factories, on casino floors, in property portfolios and on live event sites across Manila, Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
My work sits where vision meets logistics. A brand wants a moment; someone has to book the aircraft, secure the permit, brief the vendor and stand in the room at 6am. I have always been that person, and over time I turned it into a set of services.
Today I broker private charter, run a luxury concierge desk, direct property operations and negotiate brand partnerships. The through line is the same: learn the standard, build the system, then hold it.
I work quietly and I keep confidences. Most of what I am proudest of will never carry my name, which is exactly how my clients prefer it.

- Partners with an established private aviation and luxury concierge operation as a broker, bringing clients to the desk and staying with them through the journey.
- Sources and qualifies charter and concierge clients across the UAE, Asia and Europe, then matches each brief to the right aircraft, operator or supplier.
- Holds the client relationship end to end: quotations, contracting, ground arrangements and the follow-through after the flight.
2020 to present
Operations Director

- Built and now runs the operational engine of a property management portfolio covering leasing, short lets and owner reporting.
- Leads teams across maintenance, housekeeping, accounts and government coordination.
- Holds owner relationships, occupancy targets, arrears and asset condition.

Marketing, Partnerships and Event Operations
Agencies and brands across the UAE · Abu Dhabi and Dubai, UAE
- Delivered destination campaigns, luxury activations, pavilions and exhibition stands for DCT Abu Dhabi, GAGGENAU, FENDI, adidas, ADNOC and others.
- Negotiated sponsorship and partnership agreements, then oversaw activation so sponsors received what was sold.
- Managed talent, influencers, VVIP guests and protocol on site.
